Roles and Responsibilities :

Handling Preventive Planned Breakdown & Shutdown maintenance Workshop Activities in a continuous Process Plant.
Troubleshooting of equipment failures and performance related issues. Equipment reliability management and performance monitoring. Reduce of downtime.
Planning for Shutdown and Turnaround jobs.
Planning Preparation of specifications raising indent Technical Bid evaluation inspection etc for Spare parts General Items related to Mechanical Maintenance.
Service Contract Management including raising indents etc.
Developing and Implementing SOP’s and other maintenance procedures.
Guiding group of engineers supervisors & technicians.
Handling maintenance of rotary & stationary equipment pipelines etc like pumps compressors fans agitator centrifuge dryer motors etc. and Pipelines Vessels Columns etc.
Identify and indenting of spares for equipment s and bulk items
