The Trainee will be working all the areas of operations like Field Accounts Cash Handling Record Keeping Updating of Reports etc along with the Operations Team. Trainee shall be willing to work Anywhere in Telangana.

 Responsibilities

First 6 Months (1st Month to 6th Month)

Attending morning & evening fields as per schedule.

Updating all the relevant records and acknowledging all the required receipts by duly signing the same.

Collecting of application forms along with the necessary documents and verifying the same against original and certifying it before submissions at the branch offices.

Conducting public orientation meetings to promote the products.

Conducting effective market research for identifying potential groups so as to increase market share by market penetration.

Identifying the opportunities for enhancement of company portfolio and reporting the same to the concerned personnel in the operations department.

Updating of all the necessary data in the concerned software's without fail on daily basis.

 Next 6 Months (7th Month to 12th Month)

Attending center meetings everyday as per schedule.

Verify the process followed by the staff members at the center meetings and cross check the same by authenticating the required records and documents.

Need to verify the usage of the loans provided to the clients by visiting the client's business premises.

Need to make surprise visits at center meetings to check on how the staff is handling the same and also need to conduct surveys / GRT for adding or replacing members for doing arrears follow up etc.

Need to visit PAR affected or problematic related centers and ensure that the PAR is collected and the required problems are resolved at the centers.

Need to attend to any irregularities which may have occurred and initiate necessary steps including coordinating with statutory or government or legal bodies as and when needed to ensure smooth functioning of the operations.

Need to ensure that the fair practices code code of conduct of MFIN and Sa-dhan are followed and implemented as per prescribed norms.

Work towards improving the portfolio growth and quality.

Develop and implement strategies for ensuring satisfactorily services to the clients is provided.

Required Candidate profile

Willing to Work anywhere in Telangana State

A master's or equivalent degree in the subject of Operations / Marketing / Rural Management etc.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Excellent language and drafting skills.

Superior skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
