Job Descriptions for Corporate Sales · Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a select group of corporate customers · Drive sales through key accounts and contract with new agents Database management and Travel agency mapping · Handle help desk calls to answer queries of existing customers and also onboard new customers. · Regular following up with the Corporates to create long term engagements for both the businesses i.e. Domestics & Internationals. · Promote current deals Tour packages and other products Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department. · Should have prior experience in Upselling / Sales should have worked under Target environment before · Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable in fast-paced environment Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement Ready to travel abroad for acquiring new market · Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. · Corporate communication Co-ordination &Operational activities and Brand promotional activities. · Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. · Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Build and maintain relationship with and maintain client satisfaction. · Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. · Incumbent should be from corporate sales. Experience in Mice Sales will be an added advantage. · The incumbent will be assigned a revenue target & he/she has to achieve that month on month basis.
· Must have experience in International and Domestic tours and Travel Corporate sales
