We are looking for advanced English speakers to support calls for a US based wireless provider – VIRTUALLY! You must be a customer focused professional with strong understanding of the US accent.

This is Remote position – we will provide you with a desktop/necessary equipment. You must have a work station conducive for handling inbound calls and have a WIRED internet connection (ethernet/router). Working on client provided desktop utilizing client provided tools

Responsibilities:

  • Support Inbound calls from live US customers calling with billing technical or account concerns
  • Determine root cause for the call and able to relate to customers condition
  • Express empathy and understanding of customer situation
  • Analyze customer accounts and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Maintain the client Service level agreement and
  • Achieve quality targets with respect to daily audits

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding & reasonable fluency of English language
  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and carry conversation simultaneously
  • US customer facing experience (strongly preferred but not required)
  • Willing to work in US timings (night shifts)
  • 18+ Years Old

Candidate Education: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent - Passed higher secondary or above
