Job Description for Executive Client Relationship Management :

  • Identifying prospective clients and helping them understand our services
  • Coordinating with service partners to provide timely and quality service
  • Handling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction
  • Introducing clients to latest offers and schemes of the organization
  • Analyzing and preparing reports for management review periodically

Job Types: Full-time Fresher

Salary: ₹200 000.00 - ₹250 000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

  • Any (Required)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
