Excellent communication skills (active listening skills)

Accept & registers Service Calls.

Classify Service Calls according to the specified options.

Manage the entire service request process ensuring adherence to SLA.

Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user s satisfaction

Should know Microsoft excel & its various formula

Maintaining Reports Vendor wise

Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support & Network issue.

Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs

Working Knowledge of Windows OS( Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10) & Outlook.

Working Knowledge of Hardware for Desktop/Laptop & able to address the issue.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers and scanners.

Network and connect computers within the organization to better communication
