Our growing company is in need of an experienced and dedicated Accounts Executive to generate invoices and keep track of all payments and expenditures including purchase orders invoices statement etc.

Responsibilities

Generating Invoices on Tally ERP 9.

Doing Accounting entries (Receipts and payments) on daily basis.

Supervise routine admin requirements.

Inventory Management.

Monitoring account receivables Daily basis and follow up with them for recovery.

Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement

Requirements

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.

Knowledge on taxation account finalization GST
