Job description
The Operations Coordinator works alongside a team of account managers to help support the
daily operations of existing customer accounts. As an Operations Coordinator you will be
responsible for growing customer accounts by providing outstanding customer service and
developing impactful relationships with customer contacts.

  • Check on inventory to fulfill customer orders
  • Check and order with suppliers/vendors where required
  • Coordinate with on-site logistics team and customers to schedule deliveries
  • Work with a team and manager to improve operational inefficiencies and grow accounts
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of account service and make recommendations for

Required Experience Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Extreme multitasking ability and sense of urgency
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident decision-making skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred

First Preference to exp. in Furniture Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300 000.00 - ₹500 000.00 per year
