Knowledge on pressure vessel codes/ construction codes/ material specifications. Knowledge on Rotating equipment’s/Static equipment’s receiving inspection /installation inspection and related specifications/ material specifications. Good Communication Skills Responsibilities: Develop ITP/QCP/Method statement for installation & testing of Static/ Rotating equipment’s /Piping Implementation of QA/QC activities in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures method statements and other contract documents. Check and inspect rotating/static equipment/ piping and/or components to ensure they meet project requirement. Check mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for proper alignment and functioning Generate client Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing notice for hold witness and inspection points Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality. Maintaining records of calibration inspection and testing equipment. Maintaining of Quality records & preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers. Assists in Auditing – internal and external and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external). Reporting Quality activities monitor performance indicators.
