ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The 21st century workforce will be centered around new computational technologies like
ML AI VR AR Blockchain IoT and Robotics. An early start to coding will make them the
creators of tomorrow.
In this your role as Online Code Instructors will be to conduct live one-on-one coding
classes for kids aged 6-18. We will be providing you with the curriculum and course outline
which is to be delivered in each of these sessions. Before you start with us we’ll be training
you on the curriculum.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Toppr is looking for Online Live Teachers in its Knowledge Team. As a Online Teaching professional conduct live one-on-one coding classes for kids aged 6-18. We will be providing you with the curriculum and course outline which is to be delivered in each of these sessions. You'll deliver high quality online fun filled and interesting live classes. You'll play a key role in bringing innovation and creativity in approach to make learning and teaching simple.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP UP

On the basis of user feedback and trial conversion rate you will be promoted to
Instructor Trainer where your role will be to deliver basic strategies and
techniques required for quality sessions and higher conversion to newly joined
trainers.
Further on the basis of your work with trained instructors and their performance
you will be further promoted to Session Supervisor where you will be providing
support to instructors in case of any real-time issue faced in a live session.
Additionally If your performance is consistent there will be further opportunities
