Placing orders and making PO as per approved orders.

Order confirmation escalations queries etc

Payment terms negotiation optimisation and management

Vendor management for new & existing products range. New Vendor Development to enhance support and margins Finalization of Rate Contracts

Assessing vendor performance based on pre-defined criteria

Purchasing policy and planning

Managing Product catalogues in terms of price and stock updations.

Identify Vendors Suppliers retailers and merchandisers to expand product categories

Define long-term development strategies for product categories

Maintaining Stock and physically verifying WEEKLY and Monthly to update details in physical stock report.

To write and maintain a set of reports to meet the needs of the organisation. Report analysis on Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.

Providing thorough breakdowns of pricing structures and sales funnels of similar competitor products and services and identifying specific strategies used in pricing models of the same. And to provide best offers and theme based products on website.

Manage contracts and relations with customers vendors partners.

Requirement:

Excellent knowledge of IT products / Mobiles / Electronics Indian and international

Capable of handling multiple activities.

Strong negotiation skills.

Must be Proficient in MS Office
