Hiring Team Leader...

  • Ecommerce- catalogue management knowledge
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills Decision-making organizational and time-management skills Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Set clear team goals - Productivity and Quality
  • Oversee day-to-day operation and Revising the goals based on the Team expertise and efficiency
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Conduct one on one on a monthly basis Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Create PUD and Checklist for approval from manager
