To out-call the leads (Small & Medium Enterprises / Business Establishments) generated through various marketing activities
Understand client requirements over phone, gather relevant information and process the business loan application.
Own and manage end to end business loan origination process from sourcing to disbursal
Appraisal of loan application on various parameters. Ensure quality of business i.e. all credit parameters to be met while loan processing.
Work within the laid down framework and ensure 100% compliance
Timely completion of tasks assigned for the day
Meet the TAT benchmarks on loan processing
Be an adviser to the client
